If Hunter is looking at foot.ie (i'd be surprised) i'm sure we'd all welcome an opportunity to debate online with him.

Nugent left here with tail begtween his legs once couldn't backup his arguments.

But thats when foot.ie was the wild west ..... trolling and abuse would be a huge issue now.

The problems that Nugent faced was people post wild and unfound stuff and when he tried ot follow it up there was no reply, spineless kind of stuff. From what i remember he gave a very good account of himself. From what i remember Galway fans were attacking him for advertising their home games saying he should keep his nose out of it.
Maybe the league and its fans are a bit more mature now and could hold a decent debate this time round.

I remember my reasoned debated with Nugent. As always I was informative & fai :D I remember he kinda wanted to remove the FAI with fans group or at least have fans representatives on the FAI Board. He used to get some criticism for being a political stunt but I particularily remember he couldn't give explanation as to who should have a say in the running of irish football & who should not. i.e. should bar stoolers get a say.

Back onto Bad Will Hunter for the moment.... :)

My online time/energies have been a bit tied up with posts about the Linfield game antics, so haven't been on here much.

Will pick-up on the Alan Hunter press release with everyone again towards the end of the weekend.

Thanks,

Steve
