Can we play guest players tomorrow?
I would have thought no but it wouldn't be the first time a player has played before being signed.

Didn't leave them out of their half in the second half. Comfortable throughout.
Ogbene was excellent, took his goal really well. Tosi was fine great touch couple of nice passes.
Words can't begin to describe how bad the pitch was. Go out dig up your garden. Then pi$$ on it. You'll be about half way there.

Played as well as could be expected really considering it was our first real pre season game and the pitch was worse than any junior pitch I have seen at any level in Limerick.
Team was:
..........................Hall.................... ....
Turner.......Whitehead..........Williams.......O'C onnor
..............Duggy.................O'Conor....... .......
......................Coughlan.................... ...
Kenny................Tosi.............Clarke
We actually played some good football even with the pitch how it was almost scored a fantastic team goal when Ogbene Lee J Duggy and Kenny linked up and Tosi put it just wide.Ogbene is gonna be great fun to watch he was on the pitch about 5 mins before Cobh lads started to try and kill him took his goal very well.Looking forward to seeing us on a proper surface.

4-0 win last night versus Ballinamard. Anyone hear anything re performance. Ogbene on the mark again. Any word on how Hery and Tosi performed?? 6 goals scored and 0 conceded....we've had worse pre seasons.

Ballinmallard only had 4 first team players and are a really poor team as it is so can't make too much of it really but from what I hear we dominated.
From someone that was there I was told all 4 wingers did really well in their time on the field. Hery apparently had some great touches. Tosi didn't get the ball much but apparently had 2 assists and came close with two attempts at chipping the keeper.Had Ogbene mentioned as being excellent to me twice.Said we look really fit.Defence and keepers had nothing to do.

We were in total control but difficult to take too much from the game. Ballinamallard had only 4 regular starters but still a useful run out. Drogheda on Wednesday night will be a tougher test.
Stephen Kenny's goal was the pick of the bunch chipping the keeper from distance.
Jason McCartney (played with us in 2007) was on the Mallards side.
The club visited 2 local schools as well.
