This time it was a keeper during training who had a heart attack. This phenominon is amazing, before Foe this never hppened and now theres been a good few since then. Have things changed drastically in the last few years with regard to training/supplaments/drugs?

I dont think you can say definitively that it never happened
plenty of people young and old alike drop dead of heart attacks
in all walks of life every day - the Foe case was the most high profile

I suspect drugs are used extensively in top level professional football (Juventus admit they had a systematic doping programme) but to go on and say thats why such and such a player had a heart attack is a big leap - they're are othe rfactors - medical - genetic etc

I didnt say that, but I do wonder about performance inhancing drugs being used nowadays, especially as they seem to be developed much more rapidly.

I still dont remember anyone having problems like this before Foe though.

Possibly more attention given to now after some high profile national & international cases.

Probably not enough know about long term affects of steroid use...
