Good luck to him in his retirement, hope he stays involved in LOI.

He even got a mention on the BBC (http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-northern-ireland-foyle-west-37605354). How does BJ Banda turn 'sheet white'?

I'm still aghast that he retired over it. Only a flesh wound.

He didn't retire because of the injury. He was retiring at the end of the season anyway, just came a little sooner than he'd planned.

I actually read that in the article after I made the post which cleared up the confusion.

Might not be of help, but there's a couple of Harps under-19 squad fluent Irish speakers.
