City boss to make changes for refixed Bray visit
Saturday, January 26th, 2002
Different day, same significance. Friday's scheduled meeting of Bray Wanderers and Cork City at the Carlisle Grounds was postponed, but it will go ahead tomorrow if the pitch makes a sufficient improvement.

City manager Liam Murphy is expected to make a number of changes for this game as his side look to get their push for a place in Europe back on track.

Murphy claimed after his side's 3-0 hammering against Bohemians last weekend that the battle resembled "men against boys" at times and Cork cannot afford another loss tonight as their battle to get a place in the UEFA Cup in the summer intensifies.

Greg O'Halloran, who has returned to Cork following a stint at Longford Town, could start in midfield because both Conor O'Grady and Anthony Buckley are struggling with injuries.

City have been struggling up front. Noel Hartigan's confidence has vanished while Colin P O'Brien is faring little better. The pair have scored just once in five games and veterans John Caulfield and Pat Morley could start tomorrow.

Bray will not be at full strength. Defender Wes Charles (thigh) and Davy Williamson (shin) are out; Thomas Morgan is still not fit following a road accident; Eddie Gormley (back) is doubtful

OMG Caulfield to start...

oh yea story from JW's site

Imagine how good we could be if we had a manager who knew what he was doing...

O'Flynn has to be involved on Sunday.
