What about links to music files that have obviously been put there by the owners for public consumption? I have a link for a dutch radio station that has a website containing in its archive live concert material from Holland for

Japan, Tears for Fears, Ron Sexsmith, Jonathan Richmann, The Velvet Underground, Moody Blues, The Byrds, Billy Bragg, Allman Brothers and the Dead Kennedys.

That information would need to be included clearly in the post. The mod shouldn't have to go looking for it, but if it's freely available - and it's MARKED as such - that's ok. The mod in question might like to update the rules if he gets a chance, and he isn't still offended by my sharp tongue...
