Apparently we failed because...

a) our auditors neglected to send a letter confirming our taxes were up to date (which they are) and
b) our audited accounts were slightly out format-wise (same thing we were talking about down in Athlone, I think).

We can rectify these easily and are almost certain to get a licence on appeal.

Is that for a premier licence?

What's the story with the ground?
Is Il Duce going to demolish Belfield Park for apartments ? Cause if he is cannot see much point in the club wasting money improving facilities at a soon to be building site.

If that is not going to happen, then we should pursue ground improvements at full throttle and turn Stadio Belfield into the best small ground in the land :)

We can rectify these easily and are almost certain to get a licence on appeal.That's good news if true. You'd have to wonder why minor details like that couldn't have been sorted out before a public announcement was amde. :rolleyes:

Club Licencing officer. Yep, that'll be for a Premier licence.
