Help needed on auto sign-in

I've got two temps( one is a rovers fan that I know uses this forum occassionaly) coming in to do some evening work between 4-12 and they will have access to my office. I don't want them to be able to log straight in to my foot.ie but I have clicked the automatic log-in thingy. How do I disable this so the computer doesn't automatically remember my password each time. I want to revert back to the old method of logging in. :confused:

i think if you just log out.then you have to know the password to get back in.
what are you afraid of anyway ? ;) :D
