Hawaii born, Kupona Low a 26 year old, who plays left back or left midfield. Last season with "A" league Syracuse Salty Dogs. A step below major league in US. Rovers fended off Swindon Town to sign him, who also has an eye for goal. According to todays "Star".

Not me, read the Star, ( For all that matters). It seams Swindon youth team manager Ian Woan played with Low last year in the US.
