Empty your cache. It should really have been purged from there a long time ago by now anyway, you might want to adjust your cache settings.

Internet Explorer = Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files

That should do it !! ;)

After all the great support I received here I finally figured out why I couldn't empty my Temporary Internet Files folder- it's locked by the anti virus software. So, disable that, delete the files and hey presto, they're gone...
