Rather than do a weekly question, i reckon maybe if we all try and catch each other out. When u want to answer a Q, quote the question, along with the answer and then fill in a new question yourself.

Ill get the ball rolling with an easy one:

Name the 2 players to have won the Premiership, Champions League , and the European Championship.

Peter Schmeichel.

Don't think Henry won Champions League with Juve.

Whats the highest score in a World cup qualifier?

Badweather Fan

There is no trick to it. All their surnames start with K, not with C.

Badweather Fan

Madrid won it the first 4 or 5 times and the second was at the Bernabeu, making it either 56 or 57.
Inter won at San Siro. early 80s methinks.
I've the teams right. pity tis at Old Trafford this year.
There could have been a third.

Ok, a question, a question... it's an easy one really but name the only club who can boast of having more European Cup/Champions League successes than domestic league victories?

Gary
24/02/2003, 3:44 PM
This season is it SLK?

If thats the case well its Barcelona.

New Q, and its a damn hard one

After coming abck from injury, and only played in these 3 games all season (i think)Which player played in 3 consecutive games which saw his side win major competitions?

The answer is Nottingham Forest.

My question: What countries have hosted the World Cup more than once?

sadloserkid
24/02/2003, 3:53 PM
Schumi got mine right (but it goes to show the importance of wording your question right GWA) and the answer to his is Mexico (70 & 86), Italy (34 & 90) and France (38 & 98).

Next question is name the brothers who played in Holland's 1990 World Cup squad and the clubs they played for at the time?
