Irish Sun has indicated that the Youths are trying to get Stephen Hunt to sign. Lives down the road in Rosslare. Would give the club a big boost.

Craig Wall has confirmed that he's left the club during the mid-season break but hopes to be back. Peter Higgins has resumed training after a long injury lay-off.

Interesting interview with Stephen Hunt in the local papers this week where he's said that he has had several discussions with Shane Keegan but that nothing has been agreed about signing for the Youths and in what capacity.

Rumours going round that the Youths are trying to sign another striker.

Yes, was with Waterford before, but very prominent with the Wexford GAA sides since. Very fit strong guy, it'll be interesting to see what he can contribute to the Youths.

Disappointing news as local papers today report that two key players, Stephen Last and Andy Mulligan, have left for New Zealand. Makes our task for staying in the division that much more difficult.

Danny Ledwith and Conor O'Keeffe also heading to New Zealand although it had been announced that these had left the club a few weeks ago. Destination for all five players is Southern United which is to be renamed Sunny South-East United.

Further surprising news that Danny Furlong is almost certainly gone as well (but not to New Zealand).
