It‘s a pity there is no interest from Continental Forums.

You can replace "forums" with clubs/players each time -

"I’m hearing that clubs in England are looking at our “Schoolboys” players and some League 1 and League 2 clubs are looking at our “Premier and First Division” players – are these players tied down for more than 1 year at a time?"

So the joke is that the forums might move abroad - like everything else in Irish football - if you don't give them a new contract (i.e. move the forum) now.
