I'd say anyone who gets an offer from any other club will go.

I would imagine so...

I reckon if we can manage to get Europe via the FAI cup then a few might hang about

You don't get three finals this time though.

Can't imagine they would leave unless the manager does'nt want them. All three are first team regulars and doubt they would be regulars at the any of the top four teams.

I'd say the off the field crap this season will have a big part in players leaving, not a chance they should have to go through that again

From what I'm hearing that's exactly the reason they are leaving. ..

Fingers crossed but i would imagine that's too late for some of our players at this stage... It'll also put a lot of players off signing for us too.

Cassidy to Bohs is the latest one i'm hearing

You must be back on the double contracts if they do. Both far too good for a team scrapping to avoid relegation.

We are not scrapping to avoid relegation though... 6th in the League - Derry, Longford, Drogheda, Sligo and Limerick all below us. Reached a cup semi too, so it's been a pretty decent season for Bray on the pitch after a slow start. Only conceeded 11 goals since may (i think...) so massive improvements on the pitch and something to build on

McEvoy is off down under... Not sure for how long but would imagine at least a year. Very happy to have Cherrie signed on already, very positive start

On their Facebook: 'Bray Wanderers is pleased to announce the signing of Mark Salmon from Longford Town on a 2 year contract . 27 year old Salmon has been a key player and captain of Longford Town FC over the past few seasons and we're delighted to welcome him to the Carlisle Grounds'

All these two year contracts, is that the norm?

Mick Cooke signs another Drog, another 2 year contract.
Also putting pen to paper on a 2 year contract today is Alan Byrne who has signed from Drogheda United. Alan previously played as part of Mick Cookes Drogheda side that finished 2nd in the League in 2012 and will provide more experience in the wanderers squad for 2016 and 2017

Agree, they don't have a great record but I'm sure Mcnally and Mitchell are finished, parker going to Bohs we need defenders and Cooke had these players before. .

Well said, probably got himself into trouble at times from caring too much for the cause. Was a great servant to the club

Showed flashes of decent stuff, but was far too inconsistent to get away with carrying on on social media the way he did. If he applies himself he has the tools to be a good player, but can't say I'm overly disappointed he's gone.
He was the player who stupidly got himself sent off early in your 1-0 win in Bray

Some decent players signed - Dean Kelly (Longford Town) Karl Moore (Bohemians), Conor Kenna & Ryan Brennan from Shamrock Rovers. Ger Pender & Jason Marks from Drogheda United.
Possibly a few more on the way according to reports on social media.

Alan Mc Nally has re-signed. Would like to see more of last seasons squad re-signed. No news about McGuinness, Scully, Lyons, Cooney & Hanlon yet.

Looks like Saturday at 7.30pm by a few reports.

From Bray Facebook page:

Last season saw Bray Wanderers switch to Saturday evening kick offs at 5:45pm. The clubs aim for the 2016 season is to see the average attendance rise, over 2,000 people attended the Irish Daily Mail FAI Cup semi-final against Cork City. This attendance brought double the net gate money for a league match.

Having spoken to local organisations and supporters it has been decided that Saturday nights will remain the day of choice for home matches, however kick off will move to the later time of 7:30pm to accommodate those who travel to Bray for matches and those in various sectors such as retail who often work until 6 in the town of Bray.

I'm happy with that kick off time, hopefully now there will be a buzz around coming up to the new season and get decent attendances. Would love to see some good atmosphere as well just like the cup semi final with a large group of Na Fanaithe chanting and singing...we need more atmosphere to carry the team on to new heights!
