Really looking forward to this game. It's going to be tough but I reckon we can win it.
The league game back in April was the best performance I've seen from a visiting team in Terryland this season.

I would love to know how the ticket sales are going? How many can be squeezed in on the night?

Think I read somewhere that capacity for the match has been capped at 4,400.

Ya, think the capacity is capped at that alright. Pats are a better side but its a one off cup final so anything can happen. Jakes in flying form and a lot of the injuries have cleared up so I'd be hopeful.

Really looking forward to the day. Amazing really when you consider where we've come from.

Will it sell out? Since I'm not living in Galway anymore I may need to send one of the lads down to pick me up a ticket before match day.

How many seats are in Terryland? Surely there's more than 4,400 between the two stands and the bit of seating at the old clubhouse? Could fit another 200 or so standing in there too. Can't imagine anyone being turned away at the gate..

I would advise anyone that wants to be guaranteed a ticket to get down to O'Briens in Wlliamsgate St. Today. 3,300 Seats in The ground. The FAI are in charge of this game so I can't see them allowing the ground to be oversold. All Concession and Children's Tickets are almost sold out.

I can see this being sold out early next week as Pats have their allocation sold.

Old stand holds circa 1,800 and New Stand 1,500 or something to that effect. There are only 50-60 seats at the clubhouse. Could easily fit that standing but I'm not sure if standing is permitted for this fixture

Jaysis, had thought the Comer stand held around 2,000 with the old stand at a good bit more. There ya go though.

All concessions and kids now sold out. Great to see. Supposed to be a limited edition Jersey coming out for the final too according to FB. Can't wait for this game

Is Dave OLeary suspended?

Cian O'Connell tweeted that today. O'Leary picked up a yellow in the Longford game.

I think I'd prefer maroon

Ya, not sure about that colour but a nice piece of memorabilia to have all the same

I'd prefer maroon too but it's not bad as a 3rd kit. I don't know where they pulled the green kit out off...

We have had a green 2nd jersey for a long time . Great for Ireland games at home and abroad . 1994 was the first one for the World Cup in the USA

I always thought white was always our main 2nd kit.

Always liked the old "Argentina style" kit with the Blue and White stripes... really nice kit that was....

Don't like it, why we have to switch from our traditional colour is beyond me. If not maroon, then I like the green one!

Because St pats play in red presume we have to change from Maroon as not all colours are available from kit suppliers at short notice choice of colours are sometimes limited so light blue and maroon it is 🏆🏆

As I said, we have a green one and a white one for that matter. Anyway, they can play in fluorescent spandex for all I care if we win the thing!

Beidh ainmneacha na imreoirí as Gaeilge ar na geansaithe nua, an bhfuil Gaeilge ag Sinnot..:) just saying the players names will be in Irish on the jerseys and does Sinnot speak Irish...in fact does anyone know if any of the players or management speaks Irish..? Also is it assigned seating..?

Gufc fans reversing the trend "marching from the Dail"

There has to be thousands of Galway flags lying around after the last 3 weeks and also some big flags thrown in the back of wardrobes that could be dusted down and brought to EDP tomorrow night. Imagine the boost Paul Sinnott and the lads would get walking out the Tunnell to a stadium festooned in maroon.

Show your pride tomorrow in Your City Your County Your club wear anything maroon whatever the code whether your going to the game or not and bring your hats flags and scarves with you up the dyke road.

There is s group of fans marching from the Dail Bar after the rugby is over who will let all of Galway know their pride in their local team.
