Apparently discussing a contract with UCD for next season according to some paper I was reading at work the other night...

Anybody have thoughts on this? Clearly he's well up to standard but any chance of him coming back?

A former junior international, left winger, very quick, good footballer, still quite young, and out of bounds for ye....stay away....he's wanted back in Limerick.

Who knows? He's with Sligo at the moment so they probably no better than me. Your manager was quoted as saying that he's discussing a contract with him though.

Didn't hear that. Remember seeing him in the paper one Monday as a scorer for Pegasus at the weekend. Left-winger could be tempting though...

colins a class act and it would be a real step backwards for us if he left. u can have our other ex lims man ciaran foley if ye want tho .

He means this Heffernan guy is with Sligo I think.

From what I hear, Heffernan wants to try the Premier Div. If he dosn't agree a deal with a club in the Prem, he will stay with Rovers for another season. He is a class player, and we would hate to lose him. The problem is that he is not based in Sligo, and only travels on match days. A full time position may not suit him.
