if the deal does not go through i think the supporters club should hire a sports lawyer. i have spoken to one before and even posted his responce here one time from what i remember he said that the last "elected" board of limerick still have power and some one cant appoint himself if there were no acual elections. also he wanted to know if there were any labour violations being committed. since limerick are a pro team ( well just!!) they have to follow labour laws and the chairman is responsible if there are any violations.

i think if you approach the media about contacting a sports lawyer, maybe if you pull a scare tactic mr o sullivan will resign. i feel that this is the only approach and it migh just work

in short we go under and yea your right about a lawyer but i wouldn't go the whole sports lawyer thing, the person or persons who bring Limerick Football Club down deserve to be homeless by the time a good lawyer finishes with them. Yea your right, they self appointed themselves and now as we thought when the idea of the members club vs limited company was brought out it looks like someone was only trying to line ones pockets! :rolleyes:

Well The Self Appointment Was Illegal And O Sullivan Technacally Is Not The Chairman And Has No Power. Who Was The Last "elected" Chairman Of Limerick Fc? He Is The One You Go To Or What You Can Do Is Call For Elections Since The Members Of The Club Can Challenge The Appointment Since There Was No Legal Elections. According To The Lawyer Limerick Have To By Law Have A Constatution It Is Is A Limited Co Than There Must Be A Memorandum Or Articlaes Of Buisness. A Limited Co Will Make It More Difficult For O Sullivan Because If Anything Goes Wrong He Is Responsable. You Can Challenge Him And If It Is Done Right You Will Win. I Assume The Club Can Be Taken Over If The Supporters Club Write The Constatution With The Last Elected Chair Since This Is Mandatory
