Waterford United said today they will finally reveal the identity of their new manager next Sunday.
Chariman Ger O'Brien confirmed to ireland.com today that a successor to Paul Power, who resigned last December, has been chosen but will not be named publicly until the players have been informed on Sunday.
"For legal reasons we weren't able to say who it was earlier in the week" explained O'Brien, "and now we want to wait until after the next training session to make the decision public, since the players have to be the first to know."
