1. Apparently the rule in question was changed (voted on by clubs) last year with the word "may" replaced by "will" in the sentence "......will be deducted 3 points per game...".
If this is true CCFC can feel very aggreived with their deduction a few years ago under the "may" rule.
2. Were $hel$ a party to the dispute & if so why weren't they allowed to agree on the arbitrator?
3. If as reported the arbitrator is not supposed to be a club member was the Chairman of Kilkenny used? Who proposed him for the role?
