As requested, a poll on who people think will win the league. I can do a separate poll on who people want to win the league if people want that too.

Cork to win it, but an FAI blunder will see the trophy being offered to Dundalk.

Well I'll vote differently if there is two polls

Cork to score a last minute winner and Maxi to spontaneously combust and become that which he always wanted, a human flare.

If you can guarantee the latter we'll accept the former.

Paddy Power Latest Odds:
Dundalk to win: 10/11
Cork to win or draw: 5/6

Knife-edge.

It's strange that we go in only needing a draw and are still underdogs. It's fully understandale, and I agree with it, but it is strange.

It kinda sounds like the opposite of strange

The demand for tickets is nearly like an insight into the unwanted play-offs as in the Pro 12! Only saying. Jaysus it'll never happen.

Really hard to game to call. If Dundalk go behind can they come back to win? If Cork go behind, going back level will win the title. May the best team win the title.

Is that a vote of confidence that you're giving us?

No, just saying that something you understand and agree with can't be that strange to you.

I think Dundalk will win but would find it funnier if they didn't

Cork 5-6 and Dundalk 10-11 makes Cork favourites....

Two well supported clubs who mean something in their community.
Like Kenny as a manager and also impressed by J Cauldfield in his first season in the league (manager of the year?).
Hope it is a great game for those there and watching on tv. Think Dundalk will win.
Also it would be nice for the 4 Galway lads involved.

I see that this poll is due to close at 9.50 am on Saturday morning!

There should be a lot of accurate votes cast in the last 12 hours

Cork to win or draw is actually 10/11. So bookie's cant decide. Its 10/11 either way. Like a coin flip. I think Dundalk will win it. Cork will need to score because Dundalk have scored twice or more in 11 out of 15 at home this season (though did fail to score against Pats and Shamrock Rovers). I can't see Cork creating enough chances.
