Gateway for Sale

Cork Oldest Pub, The Gateway, was advertised in todays Examiner as being for sale.

Great pub, my favourite in the City. It'll be a pity to see it go. Just hope whoever buys it keeps it the way it is, a cool, friendly athmosphere, with no pretention, no sh*t with a very releaxed music policy (which incidently isnt too bloody loud).

Or for any of ye with €600k to spare, there is a pub for sale on Barrack St.

600K's a bit cheap for a pub in a prime location like that isn't it? maybe we chould all chip in and turn it into the rebel army lounge or something.
