Finishes 4-3 to Crumlin. Great second half to come back from 4-0 but was always a big ask. Missed a peno as well. Never going to be easy against a top Leinster side

Spoke to soon didn't ya. Typical people knocking Cobh sides. Great effort by Wanderers and unlucky to go out. Not bad for a 2nd Division side I guess
UCC drew 1-1 and Marys are 1up

Am I getting something wrong here cobh were beaten ??? How did he speak too soon, any team will take foot off the gas when 4 up at half time,ye were put to the sword when the kickoff arrived ,how can Ya be unlucky when you go 4 down, crazy statement.
We're the two pens incorrect razor? Or was it just the fact they were given against your team is the problem? Wasn't at the game so can't comment just curious?
The first was soft and as was said would never have been given had the linesman been able and spotted the throw.
Second probably was a pen but the incident for the Avondale pen at 1-0 was the issue.
He would have had to send a Cors defender off as last man so decided against it.
I hope Pat Kelly took plenty of notes but wouldn't be hopeful.
Results from the weekend
Edenderry Town FC 1-1 Casement Celtic FC
St. Mary’s AFC 1-0 Killester United FC
Dunboyne AFC 1-6 Tolka Rovers FC
Avondale United FC 3-1 College Corinthians AFC
Arklow Town FC 1-2 Firhouse Clover FC
Crumlin United FC 4-3 Cobh Wanderers AFC
UCC AFC 1-1 Glenville FC

Regarding LSL the Senior Sunday is the top league as far as I know, most teams would have a Saturday and Sunday team with the Saturday one normally the inferior.

Whoa, Thats strange. We not call them A and B Teams. Do Saturday and Sunday teams both compete in intermediate cup? If so how do you know whos who. Can they both play each other? Can you swap players? I have so many questions!!! Strange setup...

Only Teams in Senior Sunday,Senior 1,1A and 1B, play in the Intermediate Cup as those top four Sunday Leagues are Intermediate football, the Saturday teams and the rest of the Sunday teams are eligible for the Junior Cup.
You can't play in any of the Junior Cups if you've played for any team in the Intermediate Cup that year but Junior Sunday and Saturday are allowed a few games for their own alternative team in the League before having to pick one or the other.
Quarter Final Draw.
Crumlin Utd v Avondale Utd
Firhouse Clover v St Mary’s
UCC/Glenville v St Mochta’s
Edenderry/Casement Celtic v Tolka
to be played week ending March 1st

That Crumlin V Avondale looks like a cracker, say there'd be some crowd at that and Crumlin might consider a venue change?

Doubt it has happened before in the semi's never mind the quarters open to correction ? The msl should be proud of all four ! 3 premier teams and a newly promoted first division team shows strength in depth Of msl in my eyes.

has happened a lot more than you think .last i can remember would of been would have been everton and avondale 2012 .Before that i think it would have been hall & rockmount in the final at the cross think 2008
there has been a few more in between but not sure of years and dates .i do remember carrigaline and blarney playing in one semi and the winner was to play avondale (again i am open to correction )

Don't think UCC are playing this weekend, Collingwood this week so maybe special dispensation.
They have the Collingwood Cup final today.

Any news on casement park? Can't see it been playable with this weather??
Ya UCC are playing next Saturday at 2, Casement this Sunday at 2, and Mary's and Avondale are this Sunday also.
UCC claimed their 12th Collingwood Cup Title.
26th Feb. 2015
UCC proved too strong for Trinity College in the Irish Universites Collingwood Cup decider at Eamon Deacy Park Terryland coming out on top with a comfortable 3-1 margin to take the cup for the second time in five years and their twelfth victory overall.
Well done UCC, The Munster Senior League standards are helping our Cork Clubs again!

Played against Tolka 2 years ago in the quarters and was beaten 3-0 and taught they would win it that year. Having watched and played against MSL teams I think you could be right with Tolka going all the way. My original comment back in november. How do does apples taste Juan Sheet...
