Any of you lot recall a black player called Philip something or other played with you a few seasons back.
Only reason I ask is because he is now playing on the same LSL side as my son, and he looks to be a decent player still.
From the Ivory Coast originally.

Not ringing any bells for me but to be honest we went through a lot of players in our first few seasons in the First Division. How old is he?

Yep, no idea who he is!

The only black lads that played first team since I've been about that I can remember are Levine, Rutherford, John, Ebbe, Cowan, Rouse and Nokolo!

I'm probably forgetting someone, but if that lad played for us he might just have been a trialist or an underage lad?

Edit: We had a striker the year Cork were in the FD who was useless as well, can't think of his name, but as Longfordian said, we went through a slew of players for a few years so plenty of people I can't think of, or probably didn't even know played for us.

Ah good old Victor, he was awful but then he bagged the winner against athlone and became a crowd favourite, lovely fella too.

Lads first name is Philippe as it goes. Unfortunately he collapsed during the warm up before a game tonight and was taken to hospital. Later reports suggest he's okay thank God

Nope I listed him too! In fairness his legs were well gone by the time he signed for us, and our team was useless, he was put out of position every second game.
