Poor form from Bray not to agree to move our game to Monday

A team battling relegation looking for any kind of advantage they can find against the best team in the league hardly surprising.

I hope we put 4 or 5 past them. Not just for that but because Mathews is a knob

What would be in it for Bray exactly? Their opponents would be fresher and their gate would be smaller.

Anyone know of a pub in Killarney that might be persuaded to show Bohs/ Cork game tonight?

Ah.

In that case Bray should be nailed to a cross.

Good chance for Athlone to beat us tomorrow night, we're missing our whole back 4 and our back up RB, Fahey is also out, Brennan, Forrester and Fagan might be out as well.

Jesus, why so many?

Oman got injured before the game on Wednesday, and the other 3 got injured during the game. McCormack got injured against Bohs

Fahey is suspended.

Brennan and Forrester haven't been fit the last 2 weeks but played against Legia anyway and Fagan looks shattered.

Jeez, Cobh were improving supposedly. 3-0 down after 20 mins. Faherty hat-trick.

We have been rubbish so far, giving bohs too much time on the ball and unable to create anything, could have been 2-0 down so we're gona have to improve big time this is a game we can't afford to slip up in

3-1 now.. comeback is on.

Harps take a shock lead at Tolka. Given how seldom we score every Harps lead is a shock!

We've certainly had the better of the chances. Could pay for not taking them though

Apart from the free kick at the start we have only had one shot in the first half, I wouldn't be too worried if I was you.. huge improvement needed for the second half

Not Corks night! Not really in the game and then going down to ten with an unfortunate injury. If it stays 2 nil and Dundalk win the game in hand well then it is an even more significant game next Friday.

What happened lads? I don't have setanta and a rubbish internet connection. I know Lenihan was stretchered off but what for? Leg breaker?

Not sure, I though it was maybe a dislocated shoulder or something as he was moving his legs but looked in a LOT of pain. They didnt show it again so hard to know.

Yet another inept no show from Rovers tonight, chants of "..we want Croly out..." etc. ringing around the ground for last few minutes.

Will be interesting as to how the Rovers Board will react - do they pay him off and take the negativity and responsibilty for having to fire two managers in two years or support him and watch the ongoing demise of crowds at games and support for them - me thinks we live in interesting times.

No doubt Trevor Coly will be dissappointed with the performance and the result.

However, what about Darius Kerins? Give the man the job. Taking the league's whipping boys and turning them into a team in a couple of weeks?

Stunning achievement.

Encouraging set of results from a Dfc point of view and also pats providing we both beat Bray and Athlone.

Seriously though, I didn't see the Lenihan incident but I hope he is OK and makes a speedy recovery. Things like that are horrific.

Cowardly tackle by the Bohs player. Backing in instead of challenging for the ball. I've seen similar tackles in football over the years and FIFA need to address them. Isn't a tackle in the air an auto sin bin in rugby?

Ridiculous to try and lay any blame on the Bohs player it was an unfortunate incident but these things happen.

That's more an indictment on the players who clearly were not giving 100% under Horgan.

Same could be said about Rovers players who rebelled against Stephen Kenny and got their pal Trevor Croly in.

Reading reports from Tallaght that Zayed stormed out of ground when named as a sub tonight.

Not ridiculous at all. Look at it again. He looks at Lenihan coming, turns his back and crouches over to take him out. Why not jump for the ball? I'm not saying he set out to do the damage he did, but he took him out.

I did look at it the way Lenihan came flying in for it Kavanagh couldn't have jumped he didn't crouch to take him out he knew Lenihan was about to slap into him its a natural reaction. Have you played the game much?

Now now, no need to be condescending. Yes I do play. And my opinion is that he took him out. A cowardly challenge. Why not step out of the way rather than stick his backside into a player jumping for the ball?
