In all the hulabaloo about whether Roddy's appointment was ethical or not, one point has been missed.
Why do Rovers think Roddy is the man for the job. His recent club positions have been notable only for their complete failure. Why does every one think he is such a great manager? Ask Dublin City fans. Ask Carlisle fans.
Also, Rovers couldn't pay their players over the last few weeks. The players, because they didn't get paid for two weeks in a row, were then free agents. The club asked the players to stay loyal. How would the club have felt if other premier outfits had started gutting the Rovers team. That is exactly what they have done to DCFC. :ball:
