From the city centre... Follow signs for the airport, which will bring you out along Dorset St. which becomes Drumcondra Road. Cross the canal and go under the railway bridge. As you keep driving, you'll pass houses on your left, which are back from the road, behind trees. After these houses, you go through a set of lights and over a bridge. Richmond Road is the next right and Tolka Park is a couple of hundred yards along on the right hand side.

I'm useless with directions meself and usually come by the other side from where alot of you would be coming from, so the best I can do is give you this link to the directions on the Shels website....

http://www.shelbournefc.ie/tolka.php

Hopefully that's enough. In fact I think the thing Éanna just pasted is originally from that link anyway.

There's a general map of dublinhere (http://www.foundmark.com/Ireland/Dublin/Dubdetailmap.html) Tolka Park is in Drumcondra just north of the city centre for anyone who doesn't know, the map should give you a general idea anyway. Also, a more detailed street map here (http://www.dublintourist.com/Maps/Dublin_City_-_Flash_Version.shtml)

For anyone who isn't too sure of their way to city centre:
The Cork-Dublin road comes to an end at the Red Cow roundabout, which is the junction over the M50. Go straight thru the roundabout, following signs for the city centre. You'll cross over a canal, just before going thru inchicore. keep straight the whole time. Then you get to a junction where the road veers to the left and you have to take a right or a left- take a right and keep straight, and you'll be at heuston station. Pass the front of heuston, over the river and turn right as you're coming off the bridge. then follow the above instructions.

Slash/ED- double check that and make sure I'm right, i was typing from memory!!!

Yeah, that sounds right Éanna.

Lads, I think the main problem for you could be parking. There are free car parks belonging to factories and things like that if you drive just a bit past Tolka Park, as it says on that link on the Shels messageboard, it's all on the same road as Tolka, Richmond Road. By driving past Tolka Park I mean as in coming from Drumcondra and driving past the stadium so that the Ballybough end (The uncovered end behind the goal where your fans usually go) is behind you, hopefully that makes sense. However, the car parks aren't exactly huge and there could be a problem if you're bringing as many cars as people are saying. Hopefully it wont be an issue, but you might have to do a bit of walking if you miss out on some of the spaces
