My knowledge and grá for bball is almost zero.

Spain - host and world champion in 2006. There are a few stars from the NBA (Gasol brothers, Rubio, Calderon) and the best players of Real Madrid which is in the best form of all European clubs (Fernandez, Rodriguez, Llull).

France - the current European champion from last year with five NBA players, with Parker at the helm.

Brazil - always a threat, most successful South American team. They have some very good and experienced NBA players (Splitter, Nene, Varejao) and if they responded to the call, they are able to surprise.

Iran - reigning champion and champion in three of the last four Asia Championships with the best Asian player Haddadi in recent years.

Egypt - probably the weakest team of the group.

About strength of the Serbian team won't say anything, but it won't be easy to be among the top four teams. Other groups are much more unequal.
