It wasn't overly exciting this winter.
Spain: Diego returned to Atletico Madrid from Wolfsburg on loan, while Sergio Canales was the highest transfer there (joins Sociedad from Valencia for £3m).
Italy: Osvaldo moved to Juventus on loan from Southampton, Essien and Honda arrived in Milan as free agents, while Hernanes moved to Inter from Lazio as the biggest transfer there - £20m.
Germany: De Bruijne form Chelsea to Wolfsburg for £15m is the most significant transfer there.
France: Cabaye to PSG from Newcastle is the third highest transfer this winter - £22m, while Berbatov joins Monaco from Fulham.
England: Mata to Man Utd from Chelsea for £39,5m is transfer record this winter, but Chelsea also spent a lot of money - £46,5m for Matic, Salah and Zouma. Fulham has been surprisingly active with new players (Mitroglou, Heitinga and Holtby), as well as Hull City (Long and Jelavic).
