Changing Avartar

Hi Can anyone tell my how I change my avatar, I want to upload a custom image for a new Finn Harps supporters club but when I got to change avartar in setting it only allows me to select the pre-defined avartars.

I have attached the picture i want to change to

You have to be a paid member for custom avatars.
