Londonderry :)
Perfect!
The Derry lads will go to the London party.
They can use they money they've saved by not being in Europe for the last few years to pay for the trip over. :D

If there are really going to be several parties, might it be an idea to start a thread for each? Otherwise it's going to get very confused in here. Would one person take responsibility for each party?
(This is cool btw. The idea of simultaneous Foot.ie parties taking place in London, Dublin & Cork totally rocks.)

What's Derry the Capital of?
You will be catered for at the London party.
What's Cork the capital of?
You will be catered for at the Dublin party.

Get with the times, Brendy.
Cork is the next European Capital of Culture. (http://www.cork2005.ie/home/default.asp) ;)

That poxy excuse for festival? Cork only got it cos it was Ireland's turn and Dublin got it the last time round. Bit pathetic, eh?
I'll ask again, anyone for a Belfast or Derry party?

It'd be so ironic if the only Foot.ie Christmas Party was in London.... :)

I don't know about ironic, but it would be no surprise. After all, you're dealing with a better class of foot.ie poster in London... ;)

I Nearly always avoid Irish bars on away trips, pretty much cause of the hike in prices, but in Paris went into one around the Bastille cause a few mates were there, and had to pay 10 euro 50 for a Guinness. Made my mind up further more to avoid Irish bars on away trips.

Just throwing this out there but as regards the real capital.
how about the Beer Garden on Thursday 16th/Friday 17th.
What do folks reckon?
We can't let ourselves get shown up by backwaters such as London & Dublin

As Adam said, start a new thread for each potential party.
