I was in the clubshop tonight and seen the new home jersey. We are back to the narrow pinstripes,black collar and black shorts. It reminds me of the 2000/01 effort. The back of it is unique it is black! Its way better than the last jersey.

We are not changing the away jersey. I am not sure if there is away jerseys on stock for xmas as there is only one away jersey to hand which is medium but do ask when you are in the club shop.

The new home jerseys will be on sale from Wednesday so be prepared for the stampede!

not far off pauro only difference is it is long sleeved! btw was in club shop today fresh new order of away jerseys will be coming into the club shop on wednesday. apologises for not having a photo as the camera on my phone is crap but believe me the patience of waiting is worth it!

is there a shop opening for xmas in town?yes it will be open every day to xmas eve. at present hrs are from 12.30 to five pm but closer to xmas the hrs will stretch to from 12pm to approx 7pm or later..

Very reminiscent of the 2000 era jersey from the front all right. The back less so, not totally sold on the design there. The blue sponsor just doesn't go with red and black but feck it for the money they pay they can have whatever they want.

If you could get a number printed on the back of it it would look great with the black back but overall it's a nice design it's defo remincent of the 2001 jersey.

twas me that took the photos last year too.. i asked young donnelly was he going to take proper ones and he said the club didnt ask him yet.. i think were probably the only club that would bring out a new jersey and not have a photo online or even a mini launch or something!!

Never have been before so can't see anything new there. Big shame as an online shop would pay for itself

It wouldn't be a massive undertaking to set it up but like everything else it's about finding someone willing to take responsibility for it and put in the time on a voluntary basis to maintain the stock, send out the orders etc. I don't know if maybe there'd be difficulties with having to make minimum orders from the suppliers and things like that. Would be a great addition though if it could be done somehow, do any other (voluntary) LOI clubs have online stores out of curiosity?

I'd be more than willing to set up that section online but it's a big task in itself from whoever is willing to look after the orders.

I bought it today as well. The collars class on it. Apologises if I mislead anyone I was under the impression that the new jersey is long sleeved. All of the new jerseys that came in today are short sleeved. We had our busiest day in the clubshop so far since it opened up for the xmas. The stock is flyin off da shelves!
