Nice top, but much prefer black socks.

Also how small does O'Donnell look in the middle of the second photo!

Why are those men dressed as 19th century scullery maids? Is it a Halloween thing?

Nice top, but much prefer black socks.

I always liked the Germany look of white/black/white.

On the jersey, I'm very disappointed. Umbro have just offered us up last year's 2nd rate template, a lazy effort, C-

Nice top, collar looks smart, improvement on the current shirt anyway.

Dundalks new jersey is the same style as our current jersey (it looks better in black and white). I would love if we ended up with Dundalks current umbro jersey style - red with white pin stripes, it would look great and be a real trow back to a jersey we had in the 80s.

I'd say that's pretty much standard for the effort they put into the LoI. I assume we'll get something similar.

It looks pretty similiar design wise to the one we have at the moment

It's the exact same template as Sligo's one.

I see that Shamrock Rovers are changing their kit supplier to Warrior.

Looking forward to some weird and wacky designs.

Possible slight alteration to our 2014 top, appears to be a new style to the crest

Maybe it just for away fans, "Expect them to be calling round to your club sometime soon, put the kettle on and order some pizza" kinda thing.

That's an old crest from the Fozzie era shirt. Probably a quick knock up for publicity.

The other clubs currently with Umbro deals may well be following suit, it's to do with Umbro Ireland getting bought out or something like that.

Our deal with Umbro finishes at the end of next season so I'd guess we might be with warrior after that.

Massive deal done with Warrior, they wouldn't be involved with any other league of Ireland club.

Crest straight on their website along with Sevilla, Liverpool, Sagan tosu, Emelec and Randers. Comercially still miles above anyone.

THE Sagan Tosu? And Emelec too? Goodness. Warrior in Ireland is similar to Umbro in that it's licensed to Jonathan Courtenay/Top Lion as far as I know. They'll do other clubs if they think it's worth their while.

Head of Warrior’s Irish distributor, Jonathan Courtenay believes the new Shamrock Rovers kits will have a lasting impact on players and fans.

Courtenay said: “While the new Shamrock Rovers home kit design has strong traditional roots, both kits are fresh, bold and mark a new chapter for the club. With high performance as the top priority, our team has developed designs that will not only look great on the pitch and in the stands, but enable players to perform at their best too.”

Nice plug on their website all the same

Jonathan Roche talks of forming "progressive partnerships ..." Are we to take it that Shepard and Kilduff will start 2014 upfront or will it be the last time we see the latter in the hoops ?

This is the blurb from the Warrior website (http://www.warriorfootball.com/teams/shamrockrovers)

Shamrock Rovers

The Hoops, Ireland's most successful club, will wear Warrior for the next four years - starting with the 2014/15 season.
Currently playing in the League of Ireland Premier Division, the team has experienced great success in its dramatic 113 year history. Shamrock have won 17 League titles, 24 FAI Cups and consistently appeared in the playoff stages of Europe's major competitions. This culminated in their 2011 appearance in the Europa League group stages alongside Tottenham Hotspur - a first for an Irish club in the modern era, and an incredible feat considering the club had been in the second tier of Irish football only five seasons before.

The bits I particularly enjoyed were
"Currently playing in the League of Ireland Premier Division"
- does Warrior believe relegation looms in the next 4 years or is a Euro super league imminent?

"consistently appeared in the playoff stages of Europe's major competitions"
- has someone been telling them porkies?

Looks like a poorly-made Yeovil Town jersey. Warrior's jerseys are truly awful; consistently cheap and tacky-looking. Will all clubs currently with Umbro be transferring to Warrior now?

Maybe it's just the picture, but it looks like the hoops are not uniformly-distributed - perhaps as a tribute to Trevor Croly's tactical approach - and it's jarring. I'll reserve judgement until I see it close up though.

They look a bit plastic looking in that photo alright, but you can't judge a kit from a picture. The design itself on both jerseys is actually pretty nice in my view.

In fairness, it's hard to beat the oul Dublin wit.

Comercially still miles above anyone.

Makes those consecutive mid-table, out-of-Europe finishes seem like a minor footnote, doesn't it?

Emelec has the classic and probably unique combination of grey and blue. Always wanted their jersey.

I liked the away golden kit.

I'd say we will get most of next season out of it, wasn't mad about it at first but at least it is different. The home kit is fairly basic Umbro didn't kill themselves in the design department.

Away one is manky but part of the significant sponsorship deal we signed with Mr. Green. I would have preferred the more traditional stripes for the home strip too but it's not bad.

Also part of the sponsorship deal is that the players will wear green boots.

The Bohs home kit is decent. The away shirt looks like a ref's shirt, but sponsor themed away kits are becoming more commonplace.
