ex glasgow celtic player paul byrne scored the only goal from a free kick in the st james gate v cie ranch FAI intermediate cup tie.

the gate are steadily improving and people are talking of a push to rejoin the eircom league. :)

The gate were relegated last year to Division 1 of the LSL.
