I see a couple of people have posted about this in player threads, but no harm in making a full post.

Derrick Williams and Anthony Forde are suspended. John Egan, Eoin Wearan and Mark O'Brien are all still injured. Daryl Horgan is on standby.

Donnelly never specified that he was open to selection by the FAI, as far as I know. Perhaps he has a hidden ambition to play for us, but he merely expressed that he didn't wish to be considered for selection by the IFA for the time being. According to his agent, "He hasn't ruled anything out in the future and certainly hasn't closed the door on playing for Northern Ireland.": http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22745927

The reports seem to indicate it was Doherty who got the brace, not O'Brien.
