being accustomed to travelling to matches over the last few years, i very much recommend getting sh1tfaced all day friday so to be in a poor physical shape on saturday afternoon (low urge to consume large quanities of more alcohol pre-match). this way you can stay relatively sober for the game (too many past games where i couldnt recall the match); and it draws a big thirst for post game celebrations/sorrows!
its a long time til 9pm from 11am!
oh, and remember....dont start saturday morning with a fry accomponied with some pints (stick to the coffees and oj)
And stay away from the vodka jellies!!! (r u reading this clockers???)

dont start saturday morning with a fry accomponied with some pints (stick to the coffees and oj)

And pick a pub with good "facilities."
It's a long day and you'll surely need to "drop some brown friends off at the pool." Especially if you've been on the Guinness the night before :D
The last thing you need is to be caught short.

Folks, there's no need to worry as I will be conducting a rosary under the tower on Saturday at 3. Prayers will be said for all the sinners who will be sinning over the weekend. Special attention will be given to members of the clergy who also fall foul of scantily clad women.

Travel light: Passport, tickets, toothbrush, credit card, bank card, money in iinsdie pocket of jacket over two shirts (to include Irish shirt), spare pair of boxers in other pocket, socks in another. Now let Ryanair try and fleece me for being over their Kg limit!

Just thought of another essential. Headache Pills for Saturday and Sunday mornings. Me thinks I am gonna need them anyway. :o
