See Lille have moved to second in the French Championship.
This could be a task to far for Shelbourne.

For the record FC Nantes wom 1-0 at the weekend.

i dont want to sound negative but Lille sound very strong. Its going to be a very tough task for Shels to beat them, and I think Lille will win. :(

Yes, but having been at the first game I'm confident that if Shels play at their best ( and play 4-4-2 ) that they will win. Lille were only 2-0 up thanks to a dire first half display from Shels in the first half and Fenlons persistance with 4-5-1.

Ok, Lille are second in their league and won 4-0 at the weekend, but Shels are top of their league for the whole season and won 4-1 at the weekend.

Im truely hoping shels go through.

However even those  who hope shels go out should be cheering for a draw as it helps all LOI clubs.

You wont hear the end of it if shels win???

Shels fans have been called many things this past season but I think on the whole nobody has become arrogant and nobody is rubbing anything that was done in europe in other peoples faces?

Shels league form in itself is just reason to get a big head but in europe from ollie down to the fans shels have thanked everyone for their support and although its great to be a shels fan this current success should be enjoyed by all....

The coefficient as was mentioned is very important to this league and that alone (if you want to look at it selfishly should make you cheer for shels)

Shels are in danger of finishing their season and still being involved in EUROPE!!! how mad is that!!!

I would like to see $h€ls to go through for the devlopment of the E.L. I'm not proper Shels fan.

I don't think Shels can do it. However, Lille didn't look good when Shels had a proper go and lost the fear, so you never know. The 2 boys were havng a right go at each other on Eircom League Weekly last night over this subject. It was fcukin ridiculous, but funny. Very professional like!

I really hope Shels do it though. We need it to raise the league's profile and all that. Plus it makes the UEFA cup a bit more interesting. I don't care about Newcastle and Middlesbrough etc.
