Cup semi details confirmed
Dates, times and refereeing appointments have been confirmed for next week’s FAIreland Carlsberg Cup semi-finals, which see Derry City host Waterford United and holders Longford Town welcome Drogheda United to Flancare Park, with both games to be broadcast live on RTE television.
Derry, the 2002 Cup winners, will take on Waterford at the Brandywell on Friday October 1st. The game, with a 7.45pm kick-off, will be refereed by Dublin official Paul McKeon, while the Longford-Drogheda clash will take place at 4pm on Sunday October 3rd, with Cork referee Alan Kelly in charge.
