The English FA have set criteria for non league stadiums eg. http://www.thefa.com/Leagues/NationalLeagueSystem/GroundGrading
What grade would each club get?
I think Cork City would get grade A with Shamrock Rovers, Limericks Thomand, Old ground prob e standard and Prob Sligo, not sure about the rest.
Tolka has most of whats needed but im sure it would fail something and prob end up as b rated
pitch size is the only concern for Cork. anyone know the dimensions?

I think Flancare would get A standard. Terryland probably too.
Some interesting specifications listed there. Would agree Turners Cross and Tallaght would easily be rated A.
I think any other LOI ground that has hosted a European game (first two rounds) over the last 10 years would also probably be rated B, but I would rate UEFA to be a higher standard than the FA in terms of specifications.
I saw a list of the UEFA items previously to host a Europa League match. I think there were at least 50 basic items, and loads of these are 'hidden' items like having a back up generator for the lights, tele communication standards, height of dugouts, car parking, the list went on and on.

The Grade A in that list are the same sort of guidelines that the League of Ireland Premier Division should have, and should enforce.
The First Division should all have similar to Grade B minimum.
Would simply make the league a slightly more attractive place to watch football at least.

Any chance of correcting the title? Looks silly.

Terryland (Eamonn Deacy Park) is no longer a League of Ireland ground.

Required for "A" standard
2.4 Toilets
All toilet areas must be in working order, with a roof and operational lighting, supplied with toilet paper
and maintained to the highest level of cleanliness.

A LOI u19 ground is it not? Not my point anyway. It's about the standard of the ground.
