PREVIEW: Bray look to keep pressure on

September 17, 2004

Third placed Bray Wanderers will be eager not to lose any more ground on the top two as the Seagulls face a trip to face Cobh Ramblers at St Colman’s Park tonight. Kick off at 7.45pm.

This match was originally scheduled for Sunday, September 19th but was brought forward as the league fixtures committee try to fit in all matches.

Bray welcome back defender Wesley Charles to the squad after the St Vincents and Grenadines international returned from World Cup duty this week.

The Seagulls have won three of their last five eircom League matches and will be hoping to add another victory in Cork against a side that have had mixed results this season.

Ramblers are currently three points above the re-election zone and are in badly need of some points in their bid to avoid dropping down into the bottom two.

The Cork side will be without Robert Brosnan, Darren Murphy and James Cummins for the visit of Wanderers with all three suspended for the match.
