Cork’s Alan Kelly, meanwhile, has been added to FIFA’s list of international referees.
Alan, son of Pat, follows in his dad’s footsteps and brings to four the number of Irish whistlers who are now fully qualified FIFA referees.
The others are Dublin officials Hugh Byrne, John Feighery and Paul McKeon.

i dunno, i don't think alan kelly's a bad ref at all. hopefully he's raising the standards of cork refs, cos the others are brutal!
