Don't use it myself, never saw the point in making my photos look like they were taken with a polaroid from the 70's, but it looks like they're going to be selling their user's photos, regardless of whether permission is granted or not: http://news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-57559710-38/instagram-says-it-now-has-the-right-to-sell-your-photos/

I've taken the grand total of 1 photo on Instagram. I never use the site. I never use the app. This has just made it soooooooooo much easier to delete it. Though, what does FB now say in it's site re photos uploaded to it? That's something I now need to check out.

I'd imagine there's some sort of loophole though regarding Facebook. It's been uploaded via Instagram meaning your privacy would belong to them, more like Facebook sharing it.
