Apparently Graeme Souness wants Andy Reid in January. Souness is believed to be a big admirer of Andy. That would be a great move for Reidy. And at 5 million, thats lose change it seems for newcastle these days. Maybe Souness phobia for irish players is being cured. :)

Thats all rubbish IMO. He loved Duff, bought Stephen Reid, gave Jonathon Douglas his chance.

Exactly, what has the fact he only had three posts got to do with anything?? The amount of snobbery in this forum is brutal.


Anyway, I'd be a bit sceptical about that news. Reid is going to be linked with most Premiership teams between now and January, especially one that come into a bit of money or change managers.

Heard this myself, he is looking to sign Reid and bring Duff in on loan

I think it was a fair comment to make, if someone was having a laugh
they might create a new id and make something up.

Yeah but Souness didn't make that money, Blackburn did, he;s now at Newcastle.

It is a viable deal though. Nothing till January remember folks.
