Wouldnt make much of a football manager, fantastic sports psychologist however.

I think he'd be an amazing asset to any club but not for an International team where you spend a few days at a time with players.
Then again, I reckon he'd make Simon Cox into a decent half-forward

More importantly I'd say he'd turn Michael Murphy into a good striker!!

For the record, Michael Murphy already is one of the best midfielders I've ever seen. Refuses outright to play football though, would easily have made it in England.
