very good delorean.

I wonder will our potent attackers play deep inside opponents territory?

Can one buy tickets from official source around the ground tomorrow. They were available in the Clyde Hotel at the cup final, not sure will I make it to Dublin in time so no point in purchasing one off ticketmaster, plus do not like to pay booking fee.

Arrangements will be as Cup Final. They're crying out for people to go.

Dammit. After Trap had given him a bestial seal of approval and all.

"He swims like a platypus!"

Remember when our players were routinely compared to Totti, Gattuso and co.? Now it's Kangaroos and aquatic mammals. Post-Euro 2012 days are strange.

Brian Kerr today in the IT Trap should do more to spread the football gospel in Ireland (http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/sport/2012/1114/1224326572513.html)

He puts his chips to good purpose in this article, I enjoyed it.

Can't see Trap phoning David Connolly tbh. Although beyond that probability impasse, I can well imagine them having a row.

few messages going around on twitter that Westwood had to withdraw and Forde is to start instead

You can't blame Kerr for being bitter. It must be soul destroying to know everything and still not be as good as the guy who knows nothing.

They have been asked to spend as much time as possible in the opponents box and to keep applying the pressure and make it hard for the Greeks

started the season on the bench for the first 5 games, but completed 90 minutes in the last ten games in a row

Think it's fair to say he's won his place back in the Millwall starting team. Always happy to see him play, go on Fordey!

anyone notice how anxious delaney was looking as they came out?looking around the stadium....two reasons platini is there and the lack of income from so many few in the stands...he actually looked like he was counting :D

we have looked good hte last 2 games down the right. coleman has a lovely touch.

Whelan just cant turn when he has the ball he can only go the one route, and thats the one he is facing when he receives the ball.

It might be just a friendly, but this does seem a more expansive game from us. We're playing fairly well.

Coleman, McCarthy and Long have looked generally class.

Missed the first 10 min but have enjoyed this so far.

Whelan definitely not the man that should be in there when you have the ball players we have out on the pitch.

Yep and all the times in the past when trap wouldn't pick them and you defended him.

you should be at the game. Brady looks a bit slow. I'd be worried for the future about that, such a balls he doesn't have the pace.

Oshea really does offer very little to this team, only that he has played at UTD and has many caps, if he was starting out now, he wouldn't be getting in.

SwanVsDalton
14/11/2012, 7:18 PM
McCarthy, Coleman and O'Shea all had opportunities to put in ball-winning challenges in that build up. Ultimately O'Shea should've just stuck to his man. Very poor. Good finish though.

shakermaker1982
14/11/2012, 7:20 PM
That is why O'Shea should never play CB.

How slow is Whelan? It's like he's running through treacle. Well jogging through treacle.

I get the impression lately that they seem to be a bit laissez-faire about the opponents, as though they think that the opportunities they are giving aren't likely to be punished. But they are, its kinda like a few lads playing on a Sunday morning, sometimes, with the attitude.

pretty decent half even though we are 1-0 down, some of the players even look like they care about the result.
