I make one refrence to glasgow's celtic and I have to change the record?? why
ok i dont like Donnie Darko
satisfied??
talk about fickle, british cúnts
I shouldn't think this needs further explanation.
:ball: PP
they left before the end - fickle in my book - and generally unforgivable regardless of score but even moreso given the master class that was being offered in their backwater
oh but any word of criticism of celtic is out of bounds - bollóx it is
they're fair game
most po faced - holier than thou support in world football bar none

I don't dispute any of that, for what it's worth.

Jesus, that's some chip on your shoulder you have about Celtic. Your use of the word "British" gives you and your prejudices away quite clearly. And this from a man who claims to live in England. I think you have issues.
:ball: PP
HELLO?????????????????
GLASGOW CELTIC are actually from britain believe it or not
....maybe my post is a bit of the wall - and seemingly an unprovoked attack out of nowhere but followin the barca match ive a pain in my face with Irish celtic fans goin on about celtics "great support" and "hairs on their necks" and such rubbish - its the way they go on about it - especially linking it to some sort of "Irish" feel good factor which does my nut
basically theyre glasgow gits and very ungracious losers

And, as you imply, all their fans? I still don't get why that's relevant.

Leave the Bhoys alone while they lick their wounds.
They are, no doubt, taking comfort from the missfortune of their Glasgow neighbours last night...

Both teams had to switch their games to their national rugby grounds and both got good results with great support.
I'm pleased for them both too.

Couldn't care less what you think of Celtic, we've had this arguement before ad nausim gone round in circles and still are no further on. Your attempt at a wind up is as sad as you can get on this board, neither original nor clever maybe you should wise up. However i would appreciate it as you have neither met myself or many people who post on this board not to refer to us as British c's
Peadar, this time no licking of wounds, Barca were brilliant esp. in the first half. In the long run can't compete, with their ability to attract players, but thats football. But your right a smile was raised by our freinds across the river failing to score again.

You know where my loyalties lie Pat so I think you'll appreciate that I didn't take any cheap shots at Celtic where many others in my position would have.
There are few teams in Europe who'll be able to compete with the Catalan Giants this year. No shame in that.
Sent you an e-mail BTW.

No probs hombre my reply was meant in the same vein - feckin message boards not to easy to take tone or inflection from them! (ooo isn't this getting a bit like Our wee minds agreing with each other :o )
Champions League winners? There or there abouts, I was saying semi finalists, but actually thinking about it Deco, Ronaldino and Puyol are superb players and not many in Europe will match them. Hopefully Arsenal.

Now what a final that would be.
Saw them play each other in Wembley in 1999 in the CL.
One of those times when a bad result is also a good result.

Calling people "c*nts" counts as harmless ribbing in wws world, does it? You are in dire need of some social skills. I'd like to see you try and call me a c*nt to my face and then claim it was harmless banter. Arsehole.

Oh for f*cks sake. Not this sh*te again.
I absolutely hate anyone that leaves football before the final whistle unless the bloke on the tannoy says that their wife's waters have just broken or some horrendous incident in the family has occured. I was at Bruges in 2000 for the Spain v Yugoslavia game when going into extra time these two Spanish fans thought that's it: Championship over and walked out (Remember Spain had to score twice in injury time, which they did). My old man knows sweet FA about football but he always told me one thing: it ain't over till the final whistle. Even 5-0 down.
Okay lads: Break and come out fighting! :p

Unless my dyslexia has come back big time, this thread was about Ireland chants for France on Oct 9. Go somewhere else if you want to talk about Celtic lads. So so soooo boring......
Perhaps it has, the thread about chants for Paris is under 'chants for Paris.'
This thread was about Ireland fans and rubbish atmosphere at Lansdowne, until someone decided to label quite a few people on this board with a with a certain term that I cannot repeat as I am at work.

Well, wait until the mighty Gate come & reclaim their rightful place on the throne as 'Kings of the West side
paid a visit to your old alma mater "the iveagh grounds" last week for a late
sat night bevvie.
much has changed since the old days of "the guy jackson pavillion" and the place screams out for a decent team to reside there.
the pitch and the bar/dressing rooms are excellent and would put many current e/l premier and 1st division teams to shame.
pity about the stand though.
