Just wondering if anyone knows a case of this happening before.

Limerick have won the first division this season despite losing all four league games to the runners up Waterford.

I appreciate in most leagues teams don't meet four times unless there is a split of some kind.

However does anyone know a case of a team losing all four league games to the same team and still winning the the title in any league worldwide. I'm pretty sure it has never happened here before.

Linfield lost all four league games against Glentoran last season, with the Glens eventually finishing a mere 28 points behind the Champions.
