We've drawn twice with Sligo and lost to a late goal in the other game. Think it bodes well for us next season and I thought some of our second half play was very promising. Cut the Sligo defence open a few times.

Top 5 finish this year and with a few additions I fancy we'll be up there next year.

I don't know what Sligo fans see in Mark Quigley, all he does is hoof the ball.

Unprecedented, amazing night for Irish football, as the unthinkable happens.

That's right. SD Galway have won two games in a row. And, both Galway clubs won on the same night.

I have no idea what happened in Terryland. Most disgusted I probably have ever been as a Harps fan in my life. Disgraceful performance against an absolutely terrible side.

Oh and congrats to Limerick.

I presume this is a poor attempt at a wind up?

Absolutely no reason why Cork shouldn't be up there, good ground.good fans and some good players. With a few additions they could easily get themselves up challenging. We had most of the possession last night but should probably have been beaten 2-0 in the end.We got a bit of luck, which every team needs to win a title,so it was a good point for us in the end.

Best away performance in Richmond all season was Cork's (yes, inclduing the teams who beat us)

Quigley on his day is the best player, by a distance, in the league and has been for the past 4/5 years. Not really sure how many opportunities a striker gets to hoof though

Just means a different kind of **** up now. As a mate of mine said "at least now we can enjoy the match without worrying about a **** up" ha.

Exactly how i feel....I wanted the draw too but could you have imagined if Longford had beat us what the next week would have been like.

More a poor attempt at referencing comments about Dan Murray from Sligo fans in the past. Just struck me as odd that a couple of times in the second half he picked up the ball under little pressure around halfway and just booted it blindly into the corners.

Now that Munster are lagging well behind Leinster, Live 95FM might switch over full time to the Limerick/Longford game.

Not just yet though. Contrary to what they said on their website, 95FM looks like they'll only be providing live coverage of the second half at the Flanciro. 0-0 at Half time.

So on to the FAI Cup Semi Finals tomorrow then, things building up nicely around Dundalk all day with the game very well promoted, even a touch of an 'upbeat' attitude around the place too (No idea how, but sure its a one off game, with no league pressure)

Pats will obviousy be very strong favs in our game, going very well in the league, odds on for runners up, and us at rock bottom, it would seem to be a predictable outcome, but sure we will see, shocks do happen. It would need to be a near miracle mind, but no pressure on us, thats for sure, and in strange way I am actually very much looking forward to it, club are doing pre match food and all bars open from 1pm, so will still be a good day out.

Pats fans attending, not sure Oriel bars will be open for you for pre match drink, but there are two large bars close by, Kennedys opp train station, or the Jockeys further down, past the cop shop would suit you. Food will be on sale inside the ground, also there is a chipper on the way in, oh and buy a programme too, the lads put a lot of effort in, and will be plenty of away material to read too.

Derry v Shels, would say Shels might fancy taking this to a replay, but I think Derry will win on the day.

Best of luck to all 4 (well 3 really) and fans of all clubs, do your club a favour and give the EPL a rest for the day if you are undecided.
