Just a summary of what seems to be the prevailing moods this weekend...

Shels - Heads in the European clouds - and deservedly so. Coasting to become the first team since Pats to do two-in-a-row

Drogs - Can't quite believe they're where they are but all the self-pinching in the world ain't gonna change that

Cork - Solpadeine required. The European come-down is setting in and the penny is beginning to drop (Lennox's programme comments, 0-1 v Shels, 1-1 v CHF...)

Bohs - Samaritans on red alert. Fans p1ssed off and narked (even by Bohs fans' standards), sten-guns in Phibsboro now very much on the agenda, manager got the bullet, players applying for Witness Protection Programme

Waterford - Living for the next Munster derby but not much else

Rovers - Mantra remains "We'll be in Tallaght next season - won't we?"

Derry - Now onto their third manager in the longest transition period in the history of association football

Longford - Still the land that time forgot. Have a good season, have a bad season, no-one else notices except when they're being kicked

Pats - Most likely to be found sitting beside an ATM machine going "Any spare change?" Probably a higher degree of resigned acknowldegment of reality than most

CHF - Oh sh1t, you mean Roddy's NOT the Messiah?

Too true, unfortunately they've witnessed the same sh1te performances that we've had to endure this season.
