who are our best two forwards if fully fit?

IMO Doyler and Fenn or Doyler and O'Flynn

whatever about it I think Doyler is waisted on the wings,i say waisted as in there is more potential to utilise ie.he's a super winger but better striker

what u lot think?

Doyler and Georgie up front. Dolan to buy in an enforcer for midfield.

I agree about Doyler up front but who would you play RM then?
colin or stephen o'flynn

I was just thinking back to when John & george were up front together and what a partnership they were. I have nothing against Fenn, I think he's a fine player. But I don't think we're scoring enough lately. And maybe a reshuffle of the pack might work?? And if not a starting line up then maybe a line up that could be used mid game

No you didn't, and I was suggesting nothing of the sort. Keep your hair on. I have more respect for you.
BUT . . . some of the other people on this forum have short memories. My comment was aimed at them, not you. Friends? :o

If I had the decision, Greg O'Halloran in at RB instead of Cillian Lordan, Micheál in midfield instead of Joe Gamble.

Lads, is Hoggie the forgotten man?
First choice RB. No question(IMO)

Re Doyle up front, as exciting as he is, I dont think he is that clinical a finisher - right side for him gets my vote.

Hoggy Benno Anyone Murphy

Doyle Colin George Kearney

Fenn Flynny

I'd also be looking for someone more physical to come in for Colin in midfield asap. He's been excellent but he's just not nasty enough

Maybe Ndo would have been good signing for that position...?

I totally agree.
We were discussing the need for this kind of player this time last year, then again in the close season and here we are again.
Surely if us mere mortals can see this requirement then someone of Dolans abillity can too???

its all well and good recognising we need a midfielder, but signing one good enough to challenge for the league isnt as easy
