Have City anything to do with this?
Would probably be good market for City to rent training facilities to junior clubs?

That was tied up as part of the Leicester fiasco, so I'm not sure if there's still a link up. It's be great if City were involved though.
I also noticed the bit about completion in 2009. Maybe they as speading the cost out a bit in phases but seems typically irish to take so long...

Yeah ... around the time of the Leicester Link-up .... glad it finished with Leicester but City should be building a good relationship with all the Junior clubs around the county if possible.

We had to have a youth programme as part of the Club License thing and I thought this was it, no?

No ... the licensing thing means you have to have a five teir system (AFAIK) all playing for the club.

all playing for the club.
Don't think they have to have the clubs name though.
I'm open to correction but I think you can use a school boy's club.

I dunno .... they'd have to be affiliated with the club to some degree anyway i think. Bit of a grey area though.
